By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled through CombWorks. Please select the appropriate service when booking. Certain services require a “First Visit” option to allow proper consultation and planning time.
If a service is booked incorrectly, adjustments or rescheduling may be necessary.
Deposits & Payments
Some services require a deposit to reserve appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable according to the cancellation policy.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ValCutColor does not store full payment details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advance notice is appreciated for any changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or cancellation fees.
Repeated missed appointments may result in limited future booking access.
Service Results
Hair results vary based on hair history, texture, density, previous chemical services, and at-home care.
While every effort is made to achieve your goals safely, results cannot be guaranteed in a single session.
Corrective color, lightening, and grey blending often require multiple visits to achieve and maintain desired outcomes.
First-Time Services
If receiving a service with ValCutColor for the first time (including highlights or major color work), the appropriate First Visit service must be booked to allow adequate assessment time.
Health & Disclosure
Guests are responsible for disclosing allergies, medical conditions, scalp sensitivities, and previous chemical treatments.
ValCutColor is not responsible for adverse reactions when relevant information is not disclosed.
Service Documentation
Photos and/or videos may be taken during your appointment for:
Private service documentation
Quality assurance
Fraud and chargeback protection
Required documentation remains private unless additional consent is provided.
Chargeback Protection
By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that payment is for time reserved and services rendered.
Service documentation and booking records may be used to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
Limitation of Liability
ValCutColor is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate service history, undisclosed sensitivities, or improper at-home maintenance.
Policy Updates
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued booking constitutes agreement to the most current terms.
